We can ship to anywhere in the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii, via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage has a delivery time of 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail have a delivery of 2-3 business days delivery time, UPS Ground is 3 Day. Questions about how long it will take with your package? Message us, we’ll happily look up your zip code and find out. We are often shipping out orders daily. In order for your orderto be eligible to ship the same day we need to have confirmation and cleared payment by 2pm EST M-F and by 12pm Sat. Orders received after these times will be shipped the following day (Sunday excluded).
**SPECIAL UPS STATEMENT** As of December 2014, UPS has announced a change to how they calculate shipping prices. They are now charging based on Dimensional Shipping Costs. What does this mean? Basically, they are charging for the size of the box, not the weight. A pillow for example is light, but in a large box, and would be the same price as if that same box weighed 25 pounds. In light of this, UPS costs will be greater than our cart determines. We highly recomend choosing USPS for most of our items to be the most cost effective, we have had next to zero issues with Priority Mail and found it to be quicker, cheaper, and more available than other shipping alternatives. Please feel free to contact us regarding this change.
We are unable to ship outside of the country at this moment.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. When you place order the shopping cart automatically adjusts the shipping charges for your selected items. When purchasing multiples of some items, the cart get "fooled" into thinking your package weighs more than it actually does. We always charge actual shipping, and your credit card or PayPal will be charged at the time of shipment. If you have further questions regarding this please email us.
We reuse shipping materials that we receive product in from our suppliers. This may include boxes and fillers (paper, bubble wrap). This allows us to only charge you actual shipping costs, never a packing or processing fee.
Order Processing Time
The majority of our items can be shipped immediately (sometimes the same day). If you have a time restraint on your purchase, please message us to check the availability of that item.
